Resolution This bug was corrected and the following code should produce a secondary y-axis with legible titles/labels:
chart1.Chart3D = true; chart1.AxisY2.Title.Text = "AxisY2 Title";
Status Software FX has confirmed this to be a bug in previous builds of the above mentioned products. The problem has been fixed in build 1033.
